For our 2019 State of Online Recruiting Report, we surveyed 1,650+ U.S. employers and job seekers to learn more about their online recruiting and job search challenges. We analyzed employers’ responses to identify 5 key things job seekers can do to make hiring professionals’ lives easier and, ultimately, land their dream job.
