3rd Shift Forklift Operator: Choose Your Workdays

• Hours: 11:00 PM 7:00 AM
• Days: MondaySunday (you choose your workdays in the app)
• Pay: $23.60/hour, paid every Friday
• Location: Americold, Plover, WI

Youll play a key role in keeping orders moving inside a temperature-controlled environment. That includes:

• Safely load, unload, stack, and move products with forklifts and pallet jacks
• Pick, assemble, and check orders for accuracy and damage
• Operate sit-down, stand-up, and high-reach forklifts plus RF scanners
• Keep work areas clean while meeting production standards
• Support with inventory, cleaning, or battery changes as needed

• At least 3 months of forklift experience (required)
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety
• Comfortable working in cold storage (32F to -45F; protective gear provided)
• Able to lift 1055 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally
• May be retrieving goods up to 30 ft and perform physical tasks such as standing, kneeling, or crouching during shifts
