Our client, a leading provider in operational procurement services, is seeking a SCPFO Service Center Rep to join their team. As a SCPFO Service Center Rep, you will be part of the Service Center supporting the Tier 1/Tier 2 Transactions group. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, a strong customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to build credibility which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: 33.57

What's the Job?

  • Execute basic and medium-complexity operational procurement transactions to ensure business partner satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Source requisitions and issue purchase orders, including blanket purchase orders, for internal customers according to company policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Update purchase orders based on change orders and other needs.
  • Maintain good relationships with business partners and suppliers through high-level customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain center of excellence, Strategic Procurement, and business partners on sourcing events and projects.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, accounting, finance, supply chain, or related field; OR 4 years of relevant procurement or service center experience.
  • 2 years of relevant customer service and/or procurement experience.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with procurement systems.
  • Good understanding of procurement processes, policies, and tools.
