Key Responsibilities:
Operate a forklift to load/unload trucks and railcars
Pick and move orders safely and accurately
Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts
Complete paperwork and system entries for inbound/outbound shipments
Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
Requirements:
At least 1 year of forklift operation experience
Previous warehouse or logistics experience (1+ year preferred)
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and handle items up to 150 lbs with assistance
Reliable transportation to and from work (may need to travel between facilities)
Comfortable working in varying temperatures and wearing PPE
Must be able to twist, turn, climb, kneel, squat, and sit for extended periods
