Our client, a leading organization in the material handling industry, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the logistics department supporting efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully with the organization.

**Job Title:** Forklift Operator

**Location:** Four Oaks, NC

**Pay Range:** $19/hr

**Shift:** 2nd Shift (Mon - Fri 2:30pm - 10:30pm)

**What's the Job?**

+ Operate various equipment such as forklifts, cranes, and power trucks to move materials and products within the warehouse.

+ Maintain accurate records of materials and inventory.

+ Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines to ensure safety and efficiency.

+ Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

+ Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning.

**What's Needed?**

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ At least 3+ years of warehouse experience or related training.

+ Basic skills in material handling and logistics.

+ Effective communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.

+ Ability to perform basic math calculations and operate in a metrics-driven environment.
