Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and organized Logistics Manager to oversee and coordinate daily trucking operations in our Vicksburg, MS location. This role is critical to ensuring smooth logistics, maintaining strong customer relationships, and keeping operations efficient and compliant. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule daily trucking orders and deliveries. Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and address service needs. Input and manage daily load tickets and related documentation. Oversee on-site logistics coordination for active job sites. Collaborate with drivers, dispatch, and operations teams for optimal efficiency. Monitor and ensure compliance with transportation regulations and internal policies. Required Qualifications Proven background in logistics, transportation, or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with logistics software or ticketing systems (or ability to learn quickly). Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the trucking industry or construction materials logistics. Familiarity with DOT regulations and compliance standards.
