QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business , Supply Chain or similar background.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing planning or supply chain management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with demand planning, MRP, and capacity analysis.
• Discover the most cost-effective shipping modes and schedules.
• Create supply chain management strategies that increase efficiency and speed.
• Develop and maintain detailed production and supply plans aligned with customer demand and inventory targets.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure alignment of planning activities.
• Analyze forecast accuracy, supply constraints, and capacity availability to adjust plans proactively.
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend adjustments to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
• Use ERP and planning systems to generate production orders, track materials, and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize supply chain performance and reduce lead times.
• Track KPIs and report on supply chain’s performance.
• Provide operational support and guidance to ensure maximum productivity.
• Project planning, project management and problem solving skills required.
• Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and ERP applications.
