3PL Inventory Coordinator/Purchasing Agent Job Description We are seeking a temporary 3PL Inventory Coordinator to support inventory transaction accuracy and reconciliation with our 3PL site. This role requires strong Excel skills, comfort with Outlook, and experience working with ERP/WMS systems. Responsibilities Assist with manual transactions between our 3PL partner and Oracle, including adjustments and PO receipts. Investigate and support resolution of inventory variances. Provide limited support with EDI issue resolution. Help identify and communicate inventory counts for our floor inventory team, especially when discrepancies are observed between shipped and received 3PL products. Ensure accurate data entry and transaction integrity across systems. Essential Skills Proficiency in Excel, including basic formulas. Experience in inventory control and reconciliation. Comfort with Outlook. Experience working with ERP/WMS systems. 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
