Forklift Operator

Our client, an Industrial leader, is seeking Forklift Operators to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the Material Handling department supporting a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a commitment to safety, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Operator

Location: Seelyville, IN

Pay Range: $17.50 per hour

What's the Job?

• 2nd shift, 2pm-10:30pm and 3rd shift, 10pm-6:30am, plus overtime as needed
• Identify, transport, pack, remove, and dispose of products and materials.
• Operate forklifts, handcarts, or pallet jacks to pick, replenish, shuttle, and load/unload orders.
• Maintain inventory levels as directed and feed lines with product as scheduled.
• Minimum of 2 years of forklift experience needed.

What's Needed?

• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) or willingness to learn.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification within 90 days.
• Ability to operate stand-up and extended forklifts.
• Basic math skills and ability to understand safety policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
