Looking for Shipping Associates on 1st shift Pay $19-23/hr Hours: 8AM - 4:30PM Mon - Fri Shipping Associate responsible for preparing, packaging, documenting, staging, and shipping finished parts and materials in a manufacturing warehouse environment. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks Ability to read and interpret work orders Ability to read and interpret packing lists Experience verifying outbound orders for accuracy Experience preparing shipping documentation Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift Ability to frequently lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 pounds Ability to move heavier materials with mechanical assistance Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise and temperature variation Preferred Skills Experience shipping finished parts or manufactured goods Experience generating bills of lading Experience preparing packing slips and shipping labels Experience staging outbound shipments for pickup Experience coordinating shipment timing with production or customer service teams Job Responsibilities Prepare and package outbound shipments accurately Ensure finished parts and materials are properly labeled, documented, and staged for pickup Generate and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing slips, and shipping labels Verify outbound orders against work orders and packing lists before shipment Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials and finished goods Stage materials and finished goods for outbound shipment Load materials and finished goods for pickup Coordinate with production and customer service teams to support shipping deadlines Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation Support timely shipment of finished parts and materials in a fast-paced facility Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
