About the Role: This is a full-time position and on-site, hybrid or work from home is not an option. As a CBRE Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for tracking tool usage, conducting regular cycle counts and full physical inventories, and maintaining accurate records of tools, parts, and consumables. Oversee the issuing and receiving of tools to personnel, monitor inventory levels, and implement systems like Min-Max to ensure optimal stock levels and timely reordering to prevent shortages. Ensure that tools are in optimal working condition and meet safety standards. Inspect incoming tools, regularly check tools for wear and tear, and coordinates maintenance and repair as necessary. What You'll Do: Assist with loading and unloading merchandise or material from cars or trucks. Help pack and unpack shipments. This includes processing, scanning, and shelving parts, pulling orders, and entering data into the inventory control systems. Maintain clean and safe working environments and assist with the basic repairs of tools. Maintain upkeep of stockroom and other storage areas and merge existing stock to improve space usage. Perform labeling of materials under required procedures. Audit warehouse inventory reports using physical checks to ensure accurate system accounting. Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion. Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. What You'll Need: High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience. May require equipment certification for forklifts, aerial lifts, and power pallet jacks. Physical requirements to include stooping, standing, climbing, and frequent lifting of a minimum of 50 lbs. Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. Basic math skills.
