Uses ERP systems requiring location and storage of items, proper packaging, and methods of movement of materials. May prepare goods for final shipment. May prepare, coordinate, and execute documentation for final shipment for domestic and international. Will handle material either inbound or outbound based on business needs. Responsibilities:Process customer orders by scanning barcodes, picking items, and labeling boxesPick, pack, and process orders for shipmentUse RF scanners and technology to process orders accuratelyMaintain a clean and organized work area according to SOPs and work instructionsFollow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and company proceduresComplete required RF device training and maintain assigned system profilesVerify order accuracy and package shipments correctlyPalletize completed orders by scanning, retrieving, and placing products on palletsRe-palletize products as needed for shipment requirementsScan completed pallets and operate shrink-wrap equipment when requiredTransport pallets using material handling equipment (MHE) as neededVerify shipment accuracy and proper packagingUse ERP and WMS systems for inventory storage, movement, and trackingPrepare goods and documentation for domestic and international shipmentsHandle inbound and outbound material movement based on business needsLoad and unload shipments using warehouse management systems (WMS)Ensure safe loading and unloading practices to prevent product damageComplete assigned tasks according to departmental standards and proceduresLocate, retrieve, and replenish inventory in picking locationsFollow all safety procedures to prevent injuries and maintain safe working conditionsPerform additional duties as assignedAssist with SAP functions and training when requiredMaintain current status on required training modulesOperate material handling equipment safely and report damage or maintenance issues immediatelyKeep equipment clean, organized, and compliant with company proceduresMaintain required equipment certificationsFollow warehouse safety and security policies at all timesReport injuries, accidents, hazards, unsafe conditions, and suspicious activity immediatelySupport warehouse security and maintain a safe work environmentUnderstand and support organizational quality standards and goalsMaintain a clean, professional, and organized work areaFollow sanitation and housekeeping guidelines to ensure facility cleanlinessComplete Hazmat awareness, safety, security, and function-specific training as requiredCross-train in multiple warehouse functions and provide backup support during absences or vacations**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.**
