You'll ensure raw materials, components, and other inbound goods are received accurately, efficiently, and safely, while improving processes, systems, and team performance. This is a senior-level role ideal for someone ready to take ownership of inventory accuracy, system integrity, and operational excellence. What You'll Do: Lead daily inbound receiving operations across multiple shifts Ensure all goods, parts, MRO are properly received, documented, and entered into ERP/WMS systems Own inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution Coach and develop a high-performing team of supervisors, leads, and clerks Partner with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, and Logistics to solve inventory issues Drive continuous improvement in processes, labor efficiency, and space utilization Support system implementations and standardization initiatives Maintain safety standards and compliance across receiving and inventory areas What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years experience in receiving, inventory control, warehouse, or manufacturing operations Experience with raw materials in a manufacturing environment is a must 2+ years managing multi-shift teams Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems and inventory processes Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills AS400 or Prism experience is preferred Why You'll Love This Role: You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of a critical part of our operations, lead a talented team, and make meaningful improvements in inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
