Shipping/Receiving Clerk

Our client, a custom packaging and crating solutions company, is looking for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join their team in Anaheim, CA . In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming and outgoing materials accurately and efficiently while supporting overall warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and transfer incoming materials accurately and on time

Load and unload materials from trucks, pallets, conveyors, and storage areas

Coordinate shipments with carriers including UPS, FedEx, and freight forwarders

Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, hand trucks, dollies, and other material handling tools

Complete data entry, shipping documentation, reports, and other administrative tasks

Assist with material stacking, assembly, and machine operator support as needed

Requirements:

1-2 years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred

Forklift certification preferred

Familiarity with shipping practices and carrier systems (UPS, FedEx, freight forwarders)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and push/pull up to 70 lbs

Pay & Schedule:

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
