Preferred qualifications: Experience working in data center environments, including building and operating infrastructure, and network and compute architecture and lifecycle, and Linux/Unix system administration. About the job The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$200,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day management of teams within data center operations. Communicate priorities and facilitate hand-off of operations to following shift leads. Work together to identify and resolve problems and create solutions for our global computing and network architecture. Hire, coach and develop a team while achieving business goals. Ensure data center-related priorities are consistent with company objectives. Demonstrate the ability to implement and drive the safety culture at the site, while fostering a collaborative team environment.
