What’s a typical day as Inventory Control Coordinator? You’ll be:



    	
  • Receiving raw materials, components, and inbound products, verifying all documentation and quantities

    	
  • Performing system transactions for receipts, put-away, and inventory updates

    	
  • Identifying discrepancies and escalating issues as needed

    	
  • Picking and staging orders using FIFO/FEFO sequencing; packing domestic and international shipments (including cold-chain)

    	
  • Creating shipping documentation and coordinating carrier pickups

    	
  • Assisting with cycle counts, location audits, inventory reconciliation, and system updates

    	
  • Removing expired or damaged items from storage locations

    	
  • Following standard procedures for lot control and traceability

    	
  • Handling regulated and hazardous materials in accordance with procedures

    	
  • Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and cold-room material handling tools (certification provided on site)

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:



    	
  • Have warehouse or material handling experience (required)

    	
  • Are comfortable working in cold storage environments and wearing PPE

    	
  • Have basic computer skills and can follow written instructions/SOPs

    	
  • Can lift 35-50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods

    	
  • Forklift experience, cold-chain handling, and knowledge of hazardous materials are preferred (not required)

    	
  • Are eager to work in a highly regulated environment—training and certification provided
