Return Logistics Associate

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:  $20/hr.

Schedule:    8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Wednesday.

Job Responsibilities:

	
• Disposition returned product based on established guidelines
  
  	
• Determine customer eligibility for credit using a pre-set decision tree
  
  	
• Segregate credit and non-credit product; organize and mark pallets accordingly
  
  	
• Record and maintain all disposition data in the database
  
  	
• Download and distribute data reports using Excel
  
  	
• Resolve any data discrepancies promptly
  
  	
• Communicate workload status to supervisor
  
  	
• Serve as liaison between client and quality
  
  	
• Recommend and support process improvements
  
  

Qualifications:

	
• Positive “can do” attitude is essential
  
  	
• Previous knowledge and experience with power tools is preferred
  
  	
• Basic computer literacy required
  
  	
• Proficiency with Excel and Access
  
  	
• Excellent spelling, grammar, and basic math skills
  
  	
• Ability to count and document findings accurately
  
  	
• Capable of working with minimal supervision
  
  	
• Ability to recognize and adapt to varying workloads
  
  	
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
  
  	
• Strong teamwork skills
  
  	
• Commitment to safety and facility policies
  
  	
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted
  
  	
• Ability to stand and remain physically active for extended periods
  
  	
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled facility
  
  

Education and Background:

	
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  
  	
• A National Background and drug screen required
