We are looking for an ambitious UserAcquisition Manager to join playSTUDIOS in support of our newest brand, TheWinZone-an elevated casino experience built for players who crave excitement, quality, and real-world rewards.Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role will lead planning, execution, and optimization of app-based UAcampaigns across multiple paid channels, including PaidSocial, AppStoreAds, DSPNetworkBuys, and more.If you thrive on performance optimization, love experimenting with creative assets, and are passionate about bringing new players into great gaming experiences, this is your next win.

Duties and Responsibilities

As the UserAcquisition Manager forTheWinZone, you will be responsible for:

UserAcquisitionLeadership

Plan, launch, and optimize paid UAcampaigns across channels like Meta,TikTok,GoogleUAC,AppStoreAds,DSPs, etc.

Manage budgets, pacing, and daily reporting to achieve targetKPIs (CPA,ROAS,LTV).

Oversee creative testing, partner performance, and campaign pipeline.

OptimizationandInsights

Analyze campaign data to identify trends and actionable optimizations.

Develop and maintain a robust testingroadmap to improve efficiency and scale.

Partner with Analytics and DataScience to measure incrementality and portfolio impact.

StrategicExecutionandInnovation

Research new channels, adformats, and creative concepts to expand UAreach.

Produce regular competitiveintelligence reports and share insights with leadership.

Collaborate with BrandMarketing,Product,andCreative teams to align targeting and messaging.

MeasurementandTools

Track all performance viaMMPdashboards(Singularpreferred).

Build accurate weekly and monthly reports capturing KPIs, pacing, and spend efficiency.

Requirements

4+ years of hands-on UA experience running and optimizing app-based campaigns

Proven ability to execute across multiple channels: Paid Social, ASA, DSP Networks, etc.

Experience working with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) - Singular preferred.

Strong command of performance metrics (CPS, ROAS, LTV) and conversion funnel analysis.

Demonstrated success in campaign budgeting and bid optimization

Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking

Proficient in Excel/spreadsheets and familiar with BI tools or dashboards.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience.

Preferred

Background in Gaming,Casino,orSportsBettingUA campaigns.

Experience with creative iteration and A/Btesting at scale.

Familiarity withSQLordatavisualization tools(Tableau,ModeAnalytics).

Understanding of influencer and affiliatemarketing.

Excitement for working in sweepstakesstyle entertainment and premium gaming brands.
