A day in the life:

  • You forecast fabrication demand and align outsourced production capacity so projects stay on track.

  • You collaborate closely with manufacturing, operations, and virtual construction teams to understand upcoming needs and keep information flowing.

  • You coordinate logistics and transportation to ensure fabricated materials arrive exactly when and where they're needed.

  • You build and maintain strong relationships with thirdparty fabrication partners, serving as the central point of coordination.

  • You support issue resolution, clarify project requirements, and help ensure drawings, models, and materials are aligned with field expectations.

You should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Business Management, Construction/Industrial Management, or a related field

  • Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience in manufacturing, fabrication, construction operations, supply chain, or project management may be considered

  • Knowledge of demand planning, capacity planning, production scheduling, or operations planning

  • Experience coordinating material procurement, logistics, and transportation

  • Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders across operations, procurement, manufacturing, and field teams

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel and ERP/business systems

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors

Preferred:

  • 3+ years in demand planning, scheduling, supply chain, or forecasting

  • Experience working with thirdparty manufacturers, fabricators, or contract production partners

  • Familiarity with industrial construction, mechanical contracting, piping fabrication, or manufacturing environments
