Warehouse Associate

AutoZone is hiring Warehouse Associates to support order fulfillment, inventory management, logistics, and customer service in our state-of-the-art distribution centers. No experience? No problem! • Collaborate as a team player, ensuring warehouse operations run smoothly.

• Ensure outstanding customer service, fulfilling orders with speed and accuracy.
• Receive & inspect orders, verifying shipments for quality and compliance.
• Pull and pack inventory, ensuring efficiency in order fulfillment.
• Stock and replenish products, maintaining proper inventory levels.
• Coordinate outbound shipping, supporting retail distribution and logistics.
• Perform cycle counting, ensuring inventory accuracy.
• Operate Powered Industrial Equipment (PIE) safely (forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks).
• Maintain warehouse safety standards, following safety-sensitive protocols.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Physical Requirements:Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible Schedule: Availability for various shift schedules.
• Fast-Paced Environment: Understand the demands of a dynamic work setting.

You'll Go The Extra Mile If You Have:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• PIE Operation: Prior experience operating Power Industrial Equipment like forklifts, electric pallet jacks, reach trucks and stackers.
• Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• High Volume: Prior warehouse experience in a high-volume distribution or logistics environment.

Shifts available:

Weekend C = 7:00am-3:30pm Thursday-Monday (Off Tuesday/Wednesday)

2nd Shift = 4:00pm-12:00am Monday-Friday (Off Saturday/Sunday)

3rd Shift = 11:00pm-7:00am Monday-Friday (Off Saturday/Sunday)

Part-Time shifts available.

The salary range reflected on the job positing is our good faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. While we do not typically hire at the top of the salary range, initial offers are based on the candidate's qualifications and experience, with opportunities for growth and increases over time.

The starting hiring range for this position is $20.25 to $21.25 per hour.
