Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day purchasing and inventory management activities.
- Coordinate the procurement of ingredients, packaging materials, and operational supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory accuracy and reporting.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and product availability.
- Assist with resolving supply chain, inventory, and vendor-related issues.
- Support continuous improvement efforts related to purchasing and inventory processes.
- 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, inventory control, warehouse operations, supply chain, or administrative support roles.
- Manufacturing or food manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Sage, or similar platforms preferred.
- Competitive salary of $40,000–$50,000 annually.
- Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM).
