Pay Range: $17.50 $19.50/hr | Starting rate based on experience

Company Overview:
D&D Best One Corporation is a growing wholesale distribution company dedicated to supplying high-quality packaging and supply products including plastic bags and wrap films to grocers, retailers, and distributors throughout the region.

Position Summary:
This is a hands-on warehouse role for someone whos organized, proactive, and reliable. Youll assist in receiving, organizing, and preparing goods for delivery, while keeping the warehouse safe and efficient. As part of a small and growing team, your ideas and initiative will be valuedand there's room to grow with us. Were a small team now, but as we grow, there may be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities or leadership for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and organize incoming shipments
- Pick and pack orders accurately based on delivery schedules
- Keep warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards
- Assist with basic inventory tracking (counts, restocking, labeling)
- Load and unload trucks with care, using pallet jacks as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Communicate issues, shortages, or mislabeling to management promptly
- Suggest improvements to warehouse layout or operations when applicable
- Support other departments as needed

Qualifications:
- 1+ years of warehouse experience required; 2+ years preferred
- Licensed/certified to operate a warehouse forklift
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team

Preferred Skills:
- Spanish language proficiency
- Experience using manual or electric pallet jacks
- Strong initiative and clear communication
