Warehouse/Logistics Supervisor

Coordinate the logistics behind the shipments to ensure our customers receive their orders on time; coordinate the upcoming loads to smooth the receiving timing; create schedule for shipments/to-be-received material; create and provide COCs, tracking #s, supervise shipping team members; double check the packaging method used, and correct it if needed; make quotes and create shipments with multiple carrier portals; report to Plant Manager for any irregularity/issue, and progress on the urgent orders; coordinate with production and office to prioritize rush orders; load/unload trucks. Keep track of inventory and inbound/outbound trucks.

Must be able to drive a forklift.
