Hose Cutter/ Picker

The Hose Cutter/Picker is responsible for accurately cutting PVC pipes and hoses to specified lengths using a combination of manual and electric tools. This role includes measuring materials with a tape measure and supporting warehouse operations, including picking items and assisting with inventory management. The position may also involve some forklift operation in a secondary or support capacity, along with general upkeep tasks like cleaning and organizing work area.

Responsibilities

• Cut PVC hoses and pipes to specified measurements
• Use a tape measure accurately to ensure correct sizing
• Assist in picking items and managing warehouse inventory
• Support warehouse operations with general cleaning and organizational tasks
• Operate forklift as needed
• Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency and safety

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations
• Proficiency with tape measurement and cutting tools
• Forklift operation experience is a plus
• Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols
• Experience with inventory selection
• Strong teamwork skills
• Attention to detail
