Warehouse Coordinator-Dry/Cooler

Job Description:

Sunday-Thursday; 6pm-Finish

• Read and interpret a lot of information quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
• Provides administrative support for this area including the communication, paperwork, and system data entry.
• Maintaining and servicing equipment and printers.
• Update warehouse case information.
• Document and code damages.
• Key back standard down time, enter time information into Kronos, and maintain attendance records.
• Maintain and track scanning equipment, including initial set-up.
• Update performance records and training packets.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Excellent administrative skills including working knowledge of office equipment.

Excellent work habits (good attendance, demonstrates a sense of urgency and commitment, is results oriented, respects company policy, and works efficiently.)

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
