Production Lead
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Benefits: Holiday and Vacation Pay, health Insurance, Vision, Dental, 401 (k) and more!
Shift: 1st shift Monday through Friday (7:00 AM- 3:30 PM)
Location: Reading, PA

Responsibilities of the Production Lead:
Guide production associates in their assigned duties to meet production deadlines
Identify and come up with solutions to problems concerning materials or equipment
Using hand tools to build racks for large parts
Complete Daily Safety Checklist
Conduct daily start-of-shift meeting
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Production Lead:
Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and standing for entire shift
Bilingual preferred but not required
At least 1 year experience as a lead
2+ years experience in production
HS diploma or GED
