Reporting to the President, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while growing and supporting existing customer accounts within the container export freight market. This role is well-suited for candidates who thrive in fast-paced sales environments, are highly responsive and relationship-driven, and enjoy operating independently while collaborating with internal logistics and documentation teams. • Develop and grow new business opportunities within the container export freight market
• Manage and expand relationships with existing customer accounts
• Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and transportation solutions with clients
• Monitor market conditions, pricing trends, and competitor activity
• Collaborate internally to support customer needs and issue resolution
• Maintain responsive communication and long-term relationships with customers
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales and gross profit performance goals
• Use internal systems and reporting tools to manage pipeline activity
