Warehouse Manager- 2nd Shift

Looking for a dynamic, results-driven professional to lead our fast-paced industrial warehouse operations as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Manager in Houston, TX. In this autonomous role, you will oversee a dedicated team of 8–12 warehouse associates and 2 leads, taking primary responsibility for either Shipping or Inventory Management while maintaining cross-functional expertise in both. Your mission will be to drive excellence in safety protocols, maximize efficiency through proactive team coaching, and interpret Excel-based KPI data to continuously eliminate shipping and inventory errors. This full-time, salaried onsite position offers a highly competitive yearly pay of up to $90,000 based on experience, an annual performance bonus of up to 25%, and a coveted four-day schedule running Monday through Thursday from 2:00 PM to 1:00 AM, giving you a consistent three-day weekend. If you have 2+ years of relevant supervisory experience, a solid technical background with ERP/WMS systems, and practical familiarity handling industrial materials like pipes, valves, and fittings, we want you to lead our night shift team.
