Warehouse Associate

The Logistics Employee is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and a safe and organized working environment. You contribute to reliable supply chain execution and ensure customers receive their orders efficiently and professionally. This role requires flexibility, especially during peak season (March–October), and a hands-on approach to daily operational tasks.

salary: $43,000 - $48,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management
• Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure accuracy
• Maintain organized and structured stock storage
• Support stock checks and inventory control processes
2. Order Fulfillment & Shipping
• Prepare and ship customer orders in a timely and accurate manner

• Handle customer pick-ups and related documentation
• Ensure correct packaging and shipment documentation
• Coordinate with carriers when required
3. Warehouse Operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Ensure compliance with safety standards
• Support efficient workflow within the warehouse
4. Operational Support
• Prepare materials and equipment for the Business Development Manager
when required
• Support seasonal workload fluctuations
• Assist senior logistics colleague with operational tasks
