Warehouse Specialist

Seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist I to support inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and general warehouse operations. This cross-functional role is responsible for accurately picking and staging materials, processing shipments, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring efficient warehouse workflows. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has organizational skills, and is committed to safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:
All employees within the Warehouse will be cross-trained across shipping, receiving, and
work order picking/kitting. Employees may be reassigned within the warehouse at
management???s discretion based on business or staffing needs.

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Skills:
1+ years of warehouse, logistics, shipping, or inventory experience.
Experience using RF scanners, barcode systems, or inventory tracking software.
Familiarity with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment.
Knowledge of shipping carriers, freight processes, and logistics operations.
Experience conducting cycle counts and inventory audits.
Vocational training or certifications related to warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations.

Education:
High School

1-4 years

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or order-picking experience.
Ability to accurately follow work orders and shipping documentation.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn ERP, WMS, or inventory software.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties.
