A busy, premier residential property management firm is seeking a dedicated, highly organized, and hardworking Estate Property Manager & Delivery Logistics Specialist. This hybrid role requires a proactive self-starter who can balance meticulous, top-tier property oversight with secure, white-glove delivery operations using a company van.
Because we manage exceptional residential properties with exacting standards, the ideal candidate must be highly flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with premium materials and immaculate homes.
Key Responsibilities
Property Management & Oversight
Property Walkthroughs: Conduct thorough estate walkthroughs and generate detailed reports to ensure pristine property conditions.
Arrival Preparation: Oversee the meticulous preparation of residences for client arrivals.
Subcontractor Supervision: Coordinate and supervise specialized subcontractors performing maintenance to ensure flawless execution.
Emergency Response: Respond promptly to residential emergency and alarm calls. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for weekend emergencies.
Logistics & White-Glove Delivery
Transport Operations: Safely operate a company van for fine furniture pickups, residential deliveries, and asset transportation.
Final Installation Support: Assist with the careful tracking, handling, and precise final placement of furnishings and deliveries within the homes. Schedule & Vendor Tracking: Manage delivery schedules, coordinate on-site measures, track incoming vendor shipments, and maintain clear communication to meet strict deadlines.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: Familiarity working within fine residential properties and handling premium, high-quality materials with care.
Professional Discretion: A high degree of integrity, professionalism, and respect for privacy when working on-site at private residences.
Location: Must live locally to the Newport/Middletown, RI area to reliably commute and respond to property emergencies.
Skills & Adaptability: A highly organized multi-tasker who collaborates well within a small team and easily adapts when daily priorities shift. Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear reporting to the main office.
Credentials: Must possess a valid Drivers License, a clean driving record, and pass a standard background check (no criminal record) for operating company vehicles and submit to random drug testing.
Work Location: Fully in-person across local property sites and the main office, with the potential of same-day interstate travel.
Tools Provided: Access to a company vehicle during work hours and a company mobile phone.
