This role requires a strong focus on customer service, accuracy, and safety while working in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesMaximize efficiency and support sales by maintaining warehouse operations and processesAccurately receive and pull products to meet operational needsComplete necessary paperwork and submit it to the appropriate department in a timely mannerMaintain warehouse appearance and functionality to meet company standardsImplement 5S practices to ensure a clean, organized workspaceOperate in a safe manner and always adhere to safety protocols while wearing required PPEReview inventory discrepancies and notify the Branch Manager promptlyEnsure accurate product receiving and pulling to maintain inventory integrityProperly rack and tag all merchandise to ensure easy access and traceabilityCollaborate with Warehouse Supervisor/Branch Manager to support inventory accuracy and qualityQualificationsHigh School diploma or general education degree (GED)Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manualsExperience in delivery or logisticsFamiliarity with basic warehouse and wholesale operationsKnowledge of safety policies and processesPhysical RequirementsLift or move up to 100 lbs.Must be able to stoop and kneel daily to perform warehouse tasksAbility to stand and walk for long periods during shiftsMust be able to perform manual labor such as loading and unloading product, and handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse toolsAbout UsWhen you join Alside, you are part of a leading exterior building products distribution business serving residential and commercial remodeling and new construction markets.
