Manufacturing Warehouse Lead

Essential Functions:

• Inventory Management: Receiving new stock, organizing and storing items, accurately tracking inventory levels, and conducting regular inventory audits.
• Order Fulfillment: Processing customer orders, picking and packing items, ensuring correct items and quantities are shipped, and preparing outgoing shipments securely.
• Administrative Support: Processing shipping and delivery documents, maintaining records, producing operational reports, and handling general clerical duties.
• Logistics & Operations: Loading and unloading materials, operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment, and moving inventory between locations.
• Safety & Organization: Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, removing safety hazards, and ensuring the warehouse operates in compliance with safety protocols.
• Collaboration & Communication: Interacting with internal teams, external customers, and vendors, and communicating effectively to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery.
• Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in company ERP system.
• Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in MS Office including Outlook and Excel.
• Strong ability to manage time, organize tasks, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Good verbal and written communication skills for interacting with colleagues and customers.
• Attention to Detail to ensure accuracy in shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working in a fast-paced, indoor environment.
• This position is required to operate a forklift and obtain certification.
• This position will be exposed to and required to lift up-to 70 lbs. of cleaning chemicals daily.
• Required to walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, push and pull on a frequent basis.
