? 2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Looking for a stable opportunity with a great team and room for growth? Partners Personnel is seeking motivated and dependable Warehouse Associates to join a fast-paced distribution environment in Hopewell, VA!

? What You'll Be Doing

? Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming materials

? Pick, pack, palletize, and prepare outgoing shipments

? Operate warehouse equipment including:

• Powered Pallet Jacks

• RF Scanners

• Stretch Wrap Machines

• Banding Equipment

? Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records

? Ensure products are properly labeled and prepared for shipment

? Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

? Follow OSHA regulations and company safety standards

? What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

? Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

? Experience operating a Powered Pallet Jack

? Experience with material handling equipment (MHE)

? Ability to use handheld RF scanners

? Basic math skills

? Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Preferred Qualifications

? Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, or distribution experience

? High School Diploma or GED

? Strong attention to detail and reliability

? Positive attitude and strong work ethic

? Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 40 lbs safely
• Stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach throughout the shift
• Work efficiently in a warehouse environment
