Job Summary

We are seeking an Experienced Warehouse Associate for direct hire opportunities in North Denver, Lafayette, and Commerce City, CO. This role is ideal for dependable warehouse professionals who enjoy hands-on work, a fast-paced environment, and being part of a productive team.

The Experienced Warehouse Associate will support daily warehouse operations including stocking, shipping, receiving, product movement, and general inventory handling. Key Responsibilities

- Stock, organize, and move products throughout the warehouse accurately and efficiently.
- Support shipping and receiving activities, including loading, unloading, and verifying materials.
- Pick, pack, stage, and prepare products for shipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse work area.
- Follow warehouse procedures, safety guidelines, and productivity expectations.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $18 to $20 per hour.

- Previous warehouse experience required.
- 6 to 10 years of experience preferred based on the experience level provided.
- Ability to lift and move products safely throughout the shift.
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented warehouse environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in stocking, shipping and receiving, picking, packing, or inventory support.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced warehouse, distribution, production, or operations environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety practices and efficient material handling procedures.
