Job Summary

Join a growing home goods manufacturer as a Supply Chain Procurement Manager and play a critical role in driving sourcing strategies, inventory optimization, and supplier performance across a global supply chain. This position offers the opportunity to lead vendor negotiations, improve operational efficiencies, and partner closely with Product Development, Sales, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams to ensure products are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with customer demand.

Additional Skills

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, merchandising, or a closely related function.
- Strong understanding of demand forecasting, inventory planning, raw material management, lead time management, and supplier performance.
- Demonstrated experience working in a global supply chain environment with overseas vendors.
- Advanced Excel and ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Syteline, etc.).
- Strong organizational, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production and procurement environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of people management experience.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics, planning, or demand forecasting tools.
- Experience supporting supplier consolidation, cost reduction, and supply chain process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead supplier negotiations for pricing, lead times, MOQs, and production schedules.
- Manage purchasing activities and purchase order accuracy.
- Oversee raw material planning, inventory levels, and demand forecasting.
-Monitor WIP reports and production timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
-Collaborate with Product Development, Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, and Logistics teams.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive supply chain improvements.
- Manage supplier relationships and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Support inventory optimization and service-level performance goals.
