We are looking for a trustworthy, fast paced, energetic and organized temporary Warehouse Attendant to oversee the Laundry/Housekeeping Warehouse for Meredith Lodging, Bend. In this role, you will process and prepare linen and maintain warehouse space in accordance with company standards. Linen and Terry are processed off site and returned laundered and folded.
Areas of Responsibility and Duties:
Process all linen deliveries quickly and efficiently
Accurately and Efficiently prepare linen for Housekeeping team
Sort Linen and prepare for pick up to be laundered
Stock amenity supplies on shelves to ensure ease of access/availability
Process small loads of laundry as needed
Clean, organize and maintain space
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Must be able to bend, twist, push and pull for duration of shift
Must be able to lift up to 30lbs regularly throughout shift
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Availability to work weekends, on call shifts, and holidays in the office as required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of working indoors, outdoors, and within a warehouse environment.
Prolonged periods of walking.
Ascend and descend stairs/ladders as needed.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
This is a part-time position of likely 15-20 hours/week located in the Bend area.
Days of operation are Sunday through Saturday with scheduled shifts based on business needs.
Weekend work is required
