About the role

As an Inventory Control Mover 1 (Warehouse Associate), you will help manage raw and packaging materials by receiving, moving, and tracking inventory throughout the warehouse. You will operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) and ensure inventory data is accurately recorded in company systems.

Role Responsibilities

This entrylevel role supports warehouse and inventory operations within a GMPregulated environment and provides opportunities to build skills and grow professionally.

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform basic inventory transactions and daily stock reconciliation to support inventory accuracy

  • Monitor nearexpiry materials, deliveries, and the status of goods in Quarantine and manufacturing systems

  • Replenish materials as needed to support production

  • Issue clean, properly labeled materials to production and assist with proper disposal of rejected materials

  • Enter receipt, inspection, and issuance data accurately and on time

  • Support a safe, clean, and GMPcompliant warehouse environment

  • Track and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure compliance and availability

  • Safely operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) after training

  • Learn and use SAP and other warehouse systems

  • Develop skills to progress to Level 2 ICM

  • Maintain strong safety, attendance, and conduct standards

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a HS Diploma/GED is required.

  • This is an entry level position; prior work experience is preferred but not required.

  • Ability to routinely lift up to 50 pounds, stand, bend and walk for extended periods of time is required.

  • Must be able to work 12 hour shifts, every other weekend off.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PIT/forklift experience is preferred.

  • 6 months warehousing or manufacturing experience preferred.

Location this role is based in: Oak Hill, NY (East Durham). This is not a remote opportunity.

Starting Pay for this position is $24.50/hr.

Shift: Days 7am-7pm, rotating schedule, every other weekend off.
