- Coordinate and schedule drivers for freight deliveries, pickups, and shipments
- Communicate with customers and vendors regarding shipment details, scheduling, and special requests
- Plan and adjust driver routes to ensure efficient and timely deliveries
- Monitor traffic conditions and operational challenges, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Prepare and maintain dispatch documentation, including route logs and delivery records
- Track driver routes, changes, and delivery/pick-up timelines to ensure accuracy and accountability
- Support fleet operations by monitoring maintenance schedules and logging vendor feedback or concerns
- Respond to inbound calls from drivers, vendors, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of local and state traffic laws and regulations
- Ability to adapt quickly and make real-time routing decisions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced operational environment
- Proficiency with computer systems and logistics-related technologies
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

- Compensation: $25.00 $26.50 per hour
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM 7:30 PM
