CML Distribution Supervisor

As a CMLDistribution Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing strongleadership to your team, including leading and supporting all areas ofdistribution and transport of CML products to restaurants on schedule, whileensuring deliveries are made safely with strict adherence to food safetystandards. The CML Supervisor monitors fleet condition, fleet maintenanceschedules, and route efficiency. Theyare responsible for the overall operation of distribution and product transportaccording to Dunkin standards, franchisee policies and procedures andcompliance with all applicable laws. This position will be located at our CentralManufacturing Facility in Syracuse, NY with a work schedule from2:00pm-10:30pm.

Additionalskills required and abilities :

• Ability to perform all responsibilities of delivery driver team members
• Ability to logistically schedule and route delivery drivers while meeting deadlines and optimizing distribution cost
• Fleet preventative maintenance schedule and repairs
• Ability to maintain a quality and safety focused culture amongst delivery drivers team members

PositionQualifications:

• A valid Drivers License, DMV background check, physical and drug test are required.
• Prior Supervisory experience required
• Prior delivery experience preferred
• Ability to work an evening shift 2pm-10pm
