Employee will document product inventories, record product usage, and track lot information.

Position Responsibilities:
Coastal requires all employees to comply with and support all Food Safety and Quality policies, programs and procedures to ensure our products meet and exceed consumers expectation .
- Record and track information used for production daily.
- Collect all paperwork (labels, reports, etc.) turn in to Accounting and Production
- Obey company safety rules and company policies
- Perform duties as assigned by supervisor.
- In case of absence of key personnel, the job will be filled by a trained Recorder
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Must have (6) six months consecutive months work experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to read and write legible and good mathematical skills
- Computer experience (excel is a plus)

Physical Demands and Work Environment
Physical Demands: Must be able to bend regularly and lift up to 20 pounds
Work Demands: The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, Must be available to work weekends and overtime. Must be able to pass a Drug screening.
