A glimpse at the job: This position is responsible for the Stores, Shipping, Receiving, and Cut & Code teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manages teams' day to day activities; Manages/controls inventory and inventory accuracy; Manages Production Order kitting and delivery process; Manages finished goods; Manages Shipping, Receiving and Cut & Code departments; Manages transportation analysis and coordination - primarily for outbound freight; Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture; Regular, predictable attendance is required; Other duties may be assigned. Education and/or Experience Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field and 6-8 years of Shipping/Receiving experience Knowledge/Skills: Requires proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook) - Advanced Experience with MRP system - Advanced Analytical skills - Advanced Knowledge of international shipping - Expert Interpersonal skills working with all levels of employees and mangement - Advanced Management experience in a union environment - Advanced Physical Demands: This position lifts up to 20 lbs., travels around the facility to 25% of the time and remains stationary at a desk up to 25% of the time.
