Inventory Specialist – Overnight Shift

Location: Kalamazoo, MI

Duration: Temp to Hire

Pay: $21/hour

Schedule: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

	
• Start: Tuesday night at 11:00 PM
  
  	

• End: Sunday morning at 7:30 AM
  
  	

• 5 consecutive shifts per week (Tuesday–Saturday nights)

Key Responsibilities:

	
• Perform routine inventory counts and verify stock accuracy.
  
  	

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
  
  	

• Use computer systems to track inventory, shipments, and update records.
  
  	

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  
  	

• Prepare and fulfill orders for delivery or pickup.
  
  	

• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  
  	

• Work collaboratively with team members for smooth warehouse operations.
  
  

Qualifications:

	
• Warehouse experience required
  
  	

• Experience in inventory management and cycle counting
  
  	

• Previous inventory experience in a fast-paced setting (required).
  
  	

• Experience with computer systems (required).
  
  	

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills (required).
  
  	

• Ability to work independently and in a team (required).
  
  	

• Basic math skills and ability to lift/move heavy items as needed (required).
  
  	

• Excellent communication skills (preferred).
