Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and supply chain management, is seeking a Inventory Control Specialist to join their team. As a Inventory Control Specialist, you will be part of the planning and inventory team supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Inventory Control Specialist

Location: Tipton, PA

Pay Range: $52000 - $83200

Shift: Daylight shift, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

What's the Job?

  • Perform daily inventory reconciliation through cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
  • Analyze root causes of inventory discrepancies and develop effective solutions.
  • Process manufacturing custom orders based on quotes and specifications.
  • Construct Bills of Materials and job packets for production planning.
  • Generate cycle count and custom order reports, and perform other duties as assigned.

What's Needed?

  • Experience with cycle counting preferred.
  • Syteline experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word.
