Warehouse Order Picker/Packer

Our client, a leader in the logistics and warehousing industry, is seeking a (USA) Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a (USA) Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Shipping and Receiving Department supporting operational efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: (USA) Warehouse Associate

Location: Independence, MO

Pay Range: $18

Shift: 10:00 a.m. 6:30 p.m., Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

• Assist in shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely processing of goods
• Accurately handle inventory and maintain organized storage areas
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Support team members in daily warehouse tasks and responsibilities
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to safety protocols

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Good communication skills
• Basic physical ability to perform warehouse tasks
