Established plumbing supply store in Brooklyn is seeking a reliable, full-time Warehouse Order Puller. Your main job is to accurately locate and grab plumbing parts for our customers. We require someone with hands-on plumbing experience who knows the items and fittings well. We pride ourselves on fast, friendly service, so we need someone who prioritizes a great customer experience and treats people with respect. Local candidates living in Brooklyn are strongly preferred. Spanish speaking preferred.
## Key Responsibilities

* Provide a top-notch customer experience during order pickup.
* Read order tickets and pull the correct plumbing parts quickly.
* Verify item sizes and materials match the customer's order exactly.
* Answer quick customer questions politely while pulling orders.
* Help unload incoming shipments and keep warehouse bins stocked.

## Requirements

* Hands-on plumbing experience (required).
* Friendly, helpful attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
* Must live in the Brooklyn area for a reliable daily commute.
* Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy items all day.
