The Warehouse Specialist will support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, and safe material handling. Key Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and accurately process incoming shipments while verifying quantities and identifying discrepancies.
- Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for timely and accurate shipment.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock organization, replenishment, and inventory reconciliation.
- Process shipping and receiving documentation using warehouse systems, scanners, and inventory tools.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while following all company procedures and safety guidelines.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Operate material handling equipment to load, unload, move, and store products safely.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, process documentation, and assist with cycle counts.
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to meet productivity, accuracy, quality, and safety goals.

- 1+ years of warehouse, shipping and receiving, inventory, or logistics experience preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Basic computer skills with the ability to use warehouse management systems, inventory software, barcode scanners, or RF devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Forklift certification.
- Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Experience with inventory control and cycle counting.
- Knowledge of shipping carriers and logistics processes.
- Experience using barcode scanners, RF devices, WMS platforms, or inventory software.
