Warehouse Associate

RightStone is looking for a Warehouse Associate in Fort Worth TX offering $17/hr. on a 3-month contract with a temp-to-hire opportunity.

In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations by accurately picking, packing, and staging customer orders using RF scanning technology. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy fast-paced, physically active work and are comfortable meeting productivity goals in a team-driven environment.

Schedule: Monday Friday | 7: 00 AM 4: 00 PM (Some weekends as needed)

Dress Code: Jeans, shirt, and steel toe shoes required

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You ll Do:

• Operate various types of forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment (sit-down, stand-up, reach, and cherry pickers with electric, propane, and diesel fuel sources).
• Pull, stock, load, and unload parts and materials.
• Use computers and RF scanners to track inventory and complete transactions.
• Escort contractors throughout the facility when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Remain flexible for occasional after-hours or weekend call-ins (facility operates 24/7 for emergencies).

What We re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of forklift experience (with multiple lift types).
• 2 3 years of consistent work history in a prior role.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and operate safely in a warehouse setting.
• Strong reliability and team-oriented mindset.
• Experience in contractor or distribution environments (preferred).
• Comfort working in a small team and adapting to varied daily duties (preferred).
