Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $15 - $15 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Picker / Packer And Shipping / Receiving Clerk :

• Pick products accurately according to customer orders and packing slips
• Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit
• Prepare shipments, print labels, and ensure orders are ready for carrier pickup
• Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against purchase orders and delivery documents
• Inspect incoming goods for damage and report discrepancies
• Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment as required
• Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Follow company procedures for shipping, receiving, and inventory control
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, picking, or packing experience preferred
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Drug Test Required
