Responsibilities

• International Order Routing: Take ownership of global accounts by guiding international orders through the pipeline, from the moment the order drops until it arrives safely at the destination.
  
  
• Carrier & Quote Coordination: Act as the primary liaison with global logistics partners to negotiate air and ocean freight pricing, secure container space, and dispatch carriers.
  
  
• Customs Paperwork Verification: Generate all mandatory international shipping manifests, origin certificates, and specialized hazardous material declarations required for border crossing.
  
  
• Tariff & Regulatory Alignment: Assign and verify correct tariff codes (Schedule B/HS) to guarantee all shipments align perfectly with cross-border trade regulations.
  
  
• Internal Progress Tracking: Sync daily with the warehouse and assembly teams to monitor cargo readiness, while supporting the billing department with international wire clearances.
  
  
• Trade Credential Readiness: Bring a solid grasp of global transit frameworks, with the drive to secure required hazardous material transit certifications during your first year on the team.
